1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to travel agencies approved by Bookit N Go to use Nexel, and to the staff those agencies invite.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your staff's access, the roles you assign and keeping sign-in details secure. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your agency currency and rechecked before booking. The amount shown at confirmation is the amount debited from your wallet or credit line.

4. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations follow the fare or rate rules shown before booking and are processed by Bookit N Go on request.

5. Your customers

You are responsible for the price you charge your customers and for passing on the travel terms that apply to their booking.
